Staff was great and was located in heart of everything

Plumbing issues in the Bathroom, front desk phone not working, when reported was told there was not a maintenance person on duty

The bubbeling in hot tub needs to be toned down a bit it's to rough! Other customers in there with me said same thing

Great hotel in Wenatchee with very welcoming staff at check in desk. Impressive and immaculate rooms with tub and modern decor, for instance. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast...

Though I booked two rooms for two night through booking. com when I arrived they only had me down for one room for two nights and I had to pay a much higher rate for the extra room! Not happy

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Hotel was very clean and the rooms well set up. Enjoyed the evening cookies. Breakfast was very good and the area roomy and cheery.

The room was very clean with a comfy king bed, tv, and a microwave. The bathroom had a modern design and plenty of towels. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with pancakes and cinnamon rolls. The indoor pool and fitness center were well maintained. Friendly staff checked me in quickly.

The venue is in the remote location to the ski hill. Also it is just next door to the lake, and Wenatchee and surrounding area👍

I needed the air conditioner on and it was very good. But the turning on and off all night long was a disturbing noise to me. The second nite I tried the fan only. the room was too stuffy and hard to sleep. Oh, well, that's life. ( window to open would have been great)

The Standard King Room was super comfortable. The bed was nice, so I slept well. Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast area was cozy and stocked with plenty of options, though I could've done without the loud TV. The bathroom setup was a bit weird with the sink outside. But overall, not a bad stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Wenatchee. It was nice and clean, the employees were friendly and the breakfast wasn't bad. There is also lots of places to eat near and even a walmart down the road if anything was needed/forgotten. I'd recommend this place to a friend.

The only negative was the train tracks behind the hotel but it wasn't horribly loud. We were still able to sleep. Also the King suite we stayed in had a view of the roof right outside our window.
